For nightly rates, please divide by seven. This villa can be booked from any day of the week, not just Saturday/Sunday to Saturday/Sunday. All the above rates include tax, electricity and gas. There is no charge for your end of holiday home clean. £200 refundable security deposit. Full rental payable 10 weeks prior to stay.Please ring to discuss your requirements. Minimum stay - 7 Days.

These rates include bookings for up to 10 people - Max. NOT PER PERSON.

TERMS OF BOOKINGS

Confirmation of final costs to be agreed. Deposit for $ 150.00 or £ 100.00 per week will be required to secure your booking. Full payment of account to be remitted 8 weeks prior to your booking date. A reminder invoice will be sent 10 weeks before. If booked less than 10 weeks before departured, full sum immediately payable. A security deposit will also be required in the sum of $ 240.00 or £ 200, 8 weeks before. This is fully refundable once management company has checked the property and confirms no breakages and the villa is left in satisfactory condition. Refund is done within 14 days of departure. We reserve the right to treat booking as cancelled if full settlement is not received by due date. Deposit will not be refundable.

Rental Period
Property is available from 4:00 pm, EST on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 am, EST on the day of departure.

Terms of Renting
NO OTHER PERSONS other than those on booking form may be allowed to stay at the property at any time during the period of renting.
