Welcome to our very special holiday villa in beautiful Tuscan Ridge!

The villa is situated on the peaceful residential community of Tuscan Ridge,
just 12 minutes from Disney, and within easy reach of the International Airport and
a number of golf courses, shops and restaurants.

The villa is fully air conditioned and comprises two master suites and two further twin bedrooms.
Each bedroom contains a TV connected to the cable network. One Master Bedroom has a king bed.

The kitchen is very well equipped with many additional cooking utensils and appliances.
The Laundry Room is housed separately ensuring noise is kept to a minimum. The family room
has a TV & Muliti region DVD player and is furnished to a high very standard with big comfy sofas. There are two dining areas (formal dining and breakfast nook). The Living Room has a sofa bed.

The fully screened south facing pool area has an excellent oversize deck on two aspects
of the house with plenty of space for sun lovers, and stunning views of the orange groves to one side, and a mature woodland to the other. To the side of the pool is a fully heated timed spa, seats 6!
